Use the Metabolic Window in Your Quest For Heart Health

Being overweight increases your heart disease risk. Increasing your metabolism by building muscle is one way to burn an extra 100 calories each day, promote weight loss, and heart health.

Now that you've started a strength training routine, you want the best results for your efforts. This means paying attention to what and when you eat pre/post workout, as well as how frequently you train.

Foods before/after the workout for the most efficient results:
You do not want to start your morning workout without eating something first. Your blood sugar and glycogen (carbohydrates stored in muscle and liver) are depleted by morning and if you do not eat something first your body is likely to preserve fat and perform poorly. Quick absorbing carbs with give you fast fuel for your morning workout. Good choices include juice, fruit, toast, or even a sports drink - not the best time for a protein bar. If a "bar" is easiest for you to do, an energy bar would be a better choice before your morning workout. Energy bars contain more carbohydrates which provide the quick energy. Watch the calories though!

Metabolic Window:
It is important to eat within 45 minutes post-exercise. This 45 minute period is referred to as a "metabolic window". During this time the enzymes to replenish muscle and protein stores are at peak levels. This means you want to eat a snack that contains protein and carbohydrates. Examples: peanut butter sandwich, yogurt with fruit, bagel with cream cheese, or a handful of nuts. By grabbing a snack within 45 minutes of your workout you will maintain/build muscle mass, replenish glycogen stores, and reduce the amount of fat your body stores.

Weight Training Frequency:
Also, be sure to give your body at least 48 hours between weight lifting sessions. The way muscle is built - you lift weights and the muscle fiber is torn, during the next 48-72 hours the muscle fibers are repaired and made stronger increasing your muscle mass. So picture one step back, two steps forward in the muscle building process. If you lift weights too often you do not give your muscles time to heal and rebuild muscle fibers. A way around this is to alternate upper body and lower body workouts.

I don't want you to think all this talk about strength training only applies to muscle bound types along the lines of Schwarzeneggar. Maintaining a health lean body mass (muscle) is critical for everyone - men and women alike. Everyone can fall prey to the "middle age spread"! Establish a strong defense of regular activity and you'll maintain a healthy body weight, essential lean body mass, and avoid heart disease.

World Of Warcraft Horde Leveling Tips

Horde players in the World of Warcraft often wonder how to get their level as high as possible, as quickly as possible. After all, other players seem to manage their Horde leveling quickly. Why is it you have to be stuck grinding for so long, while other Horde players shoot ahead? There are a few things that you can do and tips you can use to improve your leveling speed when playing Horde.

First, be sure to go to the capital Horde city, Orgrimmar, as soon as possible. From there, you can catch a zeppelin ride to Tirisfal Glades. Once there, look for Brill, an undead town, where you will be able to find fairly easy quests that will deliver a reasonable amount of experience. This is the best and fastest way to reach Level 10. Also, accept that at some point or other, you will have to spend a lot of time in the Barrens. This is perhaps a boring aspect of leveling a Horde character, but it is inevitable.

Secondly, don't be tempted to just grind. Remember that working on Horde quests suited to your level is more efficient. If you manage to do some questing with your grinding, you'll level up faster. Good Horde Leveling Guides always teach you how to level using a 90% quest, 10% grind strategy. To make questing more efficient, queue them up in a given Horde area. This lets you complete all the quests in one area without having to run back and forth turning them in.

Remember to use your hearthstone. Binding it to an inn in a nearby Horde town while you're questing or when you're taking a break from the grind can help you to save time. Also, try and group with other Horde players for quest completion. You will be able to complete much harder quests in a much faster time. It's inefficient to compete against other Horde players for quest completion the World of Warcraft Quest system was designed for cooperation. Furthermore, logging off in a Horde inn will ensure you gain the maximum amount of rested XP possible.

Consider a utility to help you track your hourly experience gains. This will help you see whether or not your grinding and questing strategy is efficient and effective.

Try to avoid running too many instances. While instances have excellent gear, they are often a real time sink. You could be leveling up your Horde character instead of waiting for the rest of your party to show up. Make it a habit to run instances only if you really need the rewards that come from them.

Another factor where a lot of time gets eaten up is travel. If you want to level fast, turn in quests in the general location of where you're grinding. If it's too far away, just wait until later. Try to turn in multiple Horde quests at the same time so you aren't running back and forth across the continent or different Horde zones all the time.

Lastly, consider the advantages of using a Horde Leveling Guide. You see them advertised all the time, and you should be warned that the majority of them are scams. However, there are a few diamonds among the dirt. Most of the Horde players you see leveling fast are using a Horde Leveling Guide. While there are some free Horde Leveling Guides available online, like everything free, you only get what you pay for. A Horde Leveling Guide can ensure you are on smart strategy and can really help you out if you want to level your Horde character fast.

Passive Income Blogs - How To Create A Passive Income Empire From No-Cost Blogs

Ever wondered how some people manage to create a nice passive income stream from blogs? Well, there are some 'secrets'. Number one is that they spent considerable time teaching themselves how to create these money-making blogs. In other words, they are "self-taught" Internet entrepreneurs.

Here's how you can skip the huge "learning curve" by creating a profit revolution with niche blogs:

1. Find your blog topics

I'd suggest choosing 5-10 blog topics to get started with, depending on how many blogs you want to start. Choose 5-10 topics that you'll be interested in. You can also choose topics based on how profitable they are going to be. Use a tool like Wordtracker to see how many searches a niche has, as that indicates how popular a niche is.

2. Create your blogs

There are two main platforms you can create your blogs with. One is Blogger and the other is Wordpress. Both are good choices although Blogger is a little more user friendly. Once you have chosen your platform, fill each blog with 3 new posts. You can write the content yourself, or get articles from article directories.

3. Promote your blogs

This is the key to turning on your money machines. If nobody knows about your blogs, then it's impossible for you to start making money. So you have to advertise your blog. One piece of advice: look only to get targeted traffic, meaning highly qualified visitors who arrive on your site looking for the information that is on your site. So don't advertise a blog on snakes in a recipes directory. I know, that example is a little over the top, but I'm sure you get what I mean!

This results in lots of amazing games like GTA, Call of Duty and many, many more! GTA 4 is a game with extreme dimensions and details.

Before EA could put this game in the store it needed to be tested thoroughly to make sure all the bugs and glitches were fixed.
